I got there at 5:30. They were hiding in the back until 6:00 and then came out and announced that they were closed. Wouldn’t have been so bad except they refused service to the three people behind me in line as well.
When they first opened, they were great. Very competent and great customer service. Recently, since the original staff has moved on and these new ones are in place; I've never experienced such horrible customer service and incompetence. They're nice but only about half the time.
Well finally got a hold of Courtney at your branch and she was no help. She didn't even try to be proactive but she did put me on hold for ten minutes so I guess that is something.
Ridiculous!!! Out of all the year I've been banking with you guys I can't get a answer on the phone from gulf shores or fairhope. Nobodies in to answer the phone to at least ask me if I can hold. I'm switching banks!
