Very nice and friendly reception. Nice quiet place to stay.

Well, I can't say much about the park about the park itself because they would not allow us to book it. They said we had to be there by 5 and we told them that should be no problem. We told them we would pay in full up front over the phone just in case we didn't make it, and would check in the next morning. They informed us that they had a regular they'd rather give their last slot too after telling us they had availability. I feel the true reason they would not book us is due to age. We told them we were 20 and 23 and thats when they began acting like everything would be a problem. Age profiling is not okay! We were trying to have a nice adult vacation by the beach but will happily take our service else where.

We stayed in one of the rental rvs. This place is excellent Paulette is fantastic and helpful-the dock is great to watch sunrises and sunsets off of. All of the fellow campers are friendly and the atmosphere is laid back and relaxing. Everything is provided in the campers and very clean and tidy!!

I'm late posting. We stayed at Bay Breeze in July 2016 for a softball tournament. I was a little apprehensive at first, as I've never stayed in an RV before. I was pleasantly surprised. Owners were super nice and helpful. They allowed us to have a team picnic behind one of the houses that was not occupied, and helped move tables and setup. Would definitely recommend Bay Breeze.
