We traveled from Missouri to Gulf Shores this past week. Upon arrival our vehicle started making a terrible noise, we took it to the GSBP team and were devistated to find it was not drivable and would take serious repairs. Not only did they get the vehicle fixed within the day but their customer service, and compassion for our family being "on foot" was beyond compare. Our bad luck was turned into wonderful luck, Thank You GSBP Team!!

I live in Gulf Shores but the first time I used GSBP was when I was a tourist a bazillion years ago. They are so fair that it is amazing. I always go back to them for any auto repairs or diagnostics.
They gave great, honest service. Didn’t push fixing extras, or “it could be the —- “ or “that —— isn’t going to get you home “ or any of those horror stories you have heard ruin a vacation.
The destroyed our car. We thought we were lucky when our car broke down and the told us we needed a new engine and they could do it and do it faster than the other places we called. They put it parts of a new engine and parts of our old and it got us home but barely. No mechanic here wants to touch it because they did such a terrible job it can't be fixed. And they charged us $4,000. $4,000 we spent just so we can now buy a new car. These people shouldn't be allowed to touch cars. Rude and ignorant. DON'T EVER GO HERE
We drove up with a mysterious noise in a 10+ year old Tahoe. We were tourist prime for picking on Thanksgiving holiday.
My wife experienced A/C problems with our 08 Honda Accord on the way from Oklahoma City to Gulf Shores, AL. I did some checking around on line and found GSBP Automotive only 5 blocks from where she is staying. After reading all the reviews I told my wife to take it to this location. On Monday morning she dropped off our car and within about an hour or two GSBP Auto called me and assured me it was nothing more than low Freon, by 1/3 pound. They have my trust. Friendly fast service with a personal telephone call to let you know what was done and when the car would be ready. And, it was just like they promised. In today's time that goes a long way, I would recommend this service shop to my friends.
