The "managers" are complete grumps - SMALL PEOPLE WITH ISSUES. No sense of customer service. One lady "Beth" - very nice. If you don't get her - FORGET IT!

Left an item at a hotel while on vacation and contacted UPS location for information regarding shipping costs. I felt as if I had to beg the woman I spoke with to give me an estimated shipping total. Although she gave me information, it was not in a friendly or helpful manor. Crumby end to a great vacation.
As others have commented, the service is awful and downright rude. Sarah, the manager is the worst. There is no need to bark at and order a customer around. Likwise, it is highly unprofessional to throw a customer's package across the counter. I have been a UPS Store (Mail Boxes Etc before UPS) customer for 17 years in SC. I know it doesn't have to be this way to get your mail and packages.
The staff is here is great, they are always willing to help out my business with last minute print jobs!
