I've been coming to Gulf Shores for years. This past trip was memorable like all the rest. However, I wanted to add some Pandora Charms to my bracelet to commemorate this visit. I googled to see if there were any jewelry stores in the area that carried the brand. Diamond Jewelers have an entire section of Pandora Merchandise. I was warmly greeted as soon as I entered the store. **There wasn't that awkward silence like someone is estimating how much you're going to spend.** The saleswoman was informative, patient, and attentive. Great customer service will always leave a lasting impression. I'll definitely be returning.

I have been in this store multiple times and received excellent service in the past but due to the service that I recently received I will not be returning. When I arrived to get a quote from the jeweler the woman behind the counter was exceptionally rude and condescending. While speaking with the jeweler the woman continued to make rude and unnecessary comments and even told the jeweler to have me take the products elsewhere. I left the store feeling inadequate and even embarrassed. Based solely on this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this business.
I cannot say enough things about this jeweler! They have a beautiful high quality selection. We worked with Stephanie and she was so sweet patient and professional. We purchased a new setting for my engagement ring solitaire while we were vacationing there and my solitaire fell out(after 10 years). They helped me select the perfect ring. We put it in layaway as our 10th anniversary was in December(this happened in June). I forgot to snap a picture of it while we were there so I called Stephanie and she happily got it out of the safe and put it on her own finger and sent me pictures via text message. She went above and beyond! We were shopping with our kids and they offered them chocolates and water. We called to have my diamond placed in the new ring on Wednesday of this week and they placed it on the same day we called and overnighted the ring to me for free. I live 6 hours from Gulf Shores. It was at my door the next morning. It is so beautiful! I am so thankful we went there to see about getting my original ring repaired and ended up with a gorgeous new ring that has special meaning since it was purchased at one of my favorite vacation spots. If you need a jeweler you can trust and who has a gorgeous selection give them a try.
