Been here twice, both times attendants were rude, and made me feel not at all welcome! Only used them because my apartment laundry is filthy, and they are very convenient to where I live. It would be worth driving a little further for friendly service.
Lady at the desk was rude and unhelpful. She answered phone with a big attitude and after that she threw the phone on her desk. This is on July 3, 2017 at 9:00a.m.
Attendant with the red hair always nice and friendly. Dark haired woman ALWAYS nasty. While I am getting change at 5:30 from her rude self she says to me, "You know we close at 7, right?!" Apparently, she doesn't know that other people have 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. jobs...
Dropped comforters off and some whites. Within a couple of hours they called saying it was already ready. Super clean and folded beautifully.
My clothes came back and smelled terrible, there's no doubt in my mind some items were just folded and not even washed. I paid over $20 for drop off service and will not be back. The lady at the front desk was very short with me and didn't really help a new customer understand the policies and pricing.
