Visiting from out of town and just couldn't be bothered driving anymore today. I ordered online which is the only way I would ever order pizza and it was easy and smooth. The food was amazing and our driver was great. Def will be using u all anything we drive down.
Next, the pizza comes to the house, my sitter answers the door and receives the pizza and asks do i need to sign anything and the driver goes Ummmm here and has her sign the sticker on the box, cause the driver did not bring a receipt , for her to tip on or keep. So later when I get home that evening I check my bank account and see double charges from Dominos and then that the charges were fixed down to one cause of the double transactions ( nice i thought).... But the really kicker is I was really upset the driver didn't get a tip so this morning i'm heading over to the location to see if i can give a tip to the driver since there was no option online during my ordering or when it was delivered cause there was no receipt given by the driver. So I open my app for my bank account so i can show them the transaction so i can add a tip or pay out of pocket and they ((( Added themselves))) A $5 TIP . WOOOW. ..... now thats illegal. I'm contacting Corporate today so i hope they can explain this .....
This Dominos has been terrific for me every time I’ve ordered. Even when I erred on an order and didn’t realize until delivery, manager Tyler G. and driver Cassandra helped me out. Thanks to a great establishment.
First- did online ordering and was doing it ahead of time not for myself but for my baby sitter to enjoy pizza for lunch. I've Used the app many times but never for future orders. So first time trying this and i wanted to place a tip ahead of time but there was no option too but there is always a option on just regular orders placed. So that was one down fall since this was a surprise pizza. Next, at work i received multiple calls from Dominos. When i'm able to call them back( bc im at work at a school) the lady is upset saying i've called multiple times, i apologize that i'm unable to answer calls and asked what the problem was.. she informs me they have two exact orders and did I want 4 pizzas, I said no thanks i just ordered the two not sure why you have two of the same order...
Never had a problem here before, but this time multiple problems.
I've been trying for 45 minutes after they put me on hold for 20 min just to get someone to answer the phone.
How does the Owner of this store put up with this kind of issues. Want be ordering from here anymore. Amazing how disappointing this is.
We’ve never had a problem with this store, my family usually gets a couple of pizzas and maybe an order of one of their specialty items. Everything is usually hot and fresh, except for the order we got yesterday. I never write reviews and normally don’t complain about inadequate food, but this is something that needs to get fixed. We placed an order online for one pizza with two toppings and one order of the garlic bread twists- nothing complicated. The tracker online was going through the normal steps: everything was good on time until the step that said they were checking our order. It took 20 minutes for them to finish cooking the food, then it said they were checking it for at least 35 minutes, then they delivered it and it took another 40 minutes. We wouldn’t be as upset if the food was good. The pizza wasn’t even hot, and the bread twists were actually cold and hard (probably from just being old). We could tell the food has been sitting there becoming old before the delivery. We put the pizza in my oven in order to make it edible- ORDERING FOOD FOR DELIVERY WAS THE WHOLE POINT OF US NOT COOKING FOOD. Very unsatisfied- the delivery driver was nice and let me know that he made sure all of our sauces were in there so I tipped him, but I’m sure he knew the state of our order. The pizza delivery employees should open the pizza box at the door for guaranteed exceptional food. I would’ve called them back if I wanted a refund, instead I’m leaving a review for the resturaunt to not do it again. Thank you.
