Pleasant with very good food and a good staff
First off, my girlfriend and I sat at the bar so we didn't have to wait on a table as we arrived at the end of the Sunday lunch rush and it was the best decision we made all day. The service was amazing and the food was good. Highly recommend you check out Selena at the bar for awesome service. Highly recommend!!!!
Food is ok! Staff very friendly! Way too noisy with babies crying and parents yelling at kids! We weren't into our visit! Tourist restaurant!
Always a 5 star experience. Gulf Shores does not have a lot of really good restaurants unless you like fried seafood, but Longhorn consistently serves excellent food. We usually get the Porterhouse steak or the Parmesan Crusted Chicken and are never disappointed. The salad dressings are very good too.
I had dinner at the Gulf Shores location yesterday and I was very impressed. I had an issue with my salad and brought it to my servers attention. She relayed the problem to the manager and he addressed it immediately. He went out of his way to remedy the situation and we left as very happy customers.
