Every single time my wife or I come in there which is often since we buy and sell a lot on eBay. These people are always so rude and act very inconvenienced. They charge me twice what UPS does for a simple padded envelope. I will no longer be using this post office ever again.
Doesn't matter what the package is labeled with, my lights always come broken. I can't get these reptile bulbs local so I have to order online, only they are usually damaged in shipping even with big labels saying "GLASS BE CAREFUL". Now I have to find someone to drive to since I've been waiting for reshipments of the same product, only to arrive once again broken. Very displeased and will avoid from now on.
Susan is the rudest person o have ever delt with...she was unwilling to help anyway and to top it off was talking to me like i was stupid. Very obvious she did not want to help me..bad experience
