If it was possible to give this place more stars, I would. My fur baby passed away three or four years ago. THREE or FOUR YEARS. I called today, on a Saturday mind you, and asked about her remains. The woman I spoke to then proceeded to spend a good chunk of her day working diligently to find out. Making phone calls, going through documentation, and so on just to find out for me if she was still there. She was compassionate and caring and showed me that she genuinely loved her job. The biggest thing she did tonight that made this whole situation a little more bearable than it was, was referring to my fallen companion as my baby instead of "your dog." When I began to choke up on the phone after learning they still had my best friend's remains, instead of being rude or getting aggravated, she offered words of encouragement. The staff here even allowed me to come in and see my beloved fur baby before I made any decision as to what I was going to do with her remains. I am a extremely picky dog mommy. My little one is a princess and only gets the best. We have recently moved to the area and needed to find a vet. We have used the same vet in our old town for many years and she was perfect, so I did not have very high hopes in finding another perfect vet! I asked around and received several recommendations, however Magnolia kept coming up. So I called and made an appointment for today. As we pull up, I was delighted to see the cutest Christmas decorations in the yard. It was a nice surprise to be able to walk into the office and it not smell like a vet. The ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. After completing my paperwork, I literally waited about 2 minutes and was headed to a room. The room was very clean and looked new. I was over the moon with Dr. Adam. He was extremely professional and treated my baby as if she was his own. He discussed several diseases that I should be aware of in the area and made me feel relieved that I chose the right vet. I am so excited to say that we have found our new vet in Paradise!! Highly recommend that you try this vet!!!
Dr. Adam Langston. He is amazing. I gladly drive the hour from Pensacola to have my babies seen by him. The whole staff at this clinic are wonderful and genuinely caring.

This was my 1st visit to Magnolia By The Gulf. The staff that work there from the front desk and those that cared for my dogs are friendly, knowledgeable and very caring! I took my dogs in for boarding during a time of great stress and they displayed these atributes over and over! Also, their prices are very reasonable. I will change vets and bring my furry family back, using them all the time!
We were visiting from out of town when our dog had some complications from a routine procedure back home. From the moment we checked in we were given incredible service. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and Dr. Langston gave our pup the treatment he needed. She was fantastic!
