Just as I rated it. It is okay. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our condo was clean. But BEWARE booking during holidays. They only have TWO elevators to cover 16 floors worth of condos. And there's kids everywhere pushing all the buttons. Many times we spent more than 15 minutes waiting for an elevator.
We have been staying at All Suites West every summer for years. Actually, we just left last week. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The view is magnificent and the room was serviced daily and always clean. Only one complaint this year...the sheets on the bed were very stiff and scratchy and a new bedspread would be nice. We plan to be back in November! Love Gulf Shores!
I love it I come all the time everything here is just so fantastic I love the condos I love the balconies I get to look at this beautiful ocean this is most definitely my happy place I will continue to come back because everything here is so awesome the people the service you name it doesn't get any better than this for sure
Book a condo on the lower floors so you can take the stairs. God bless you if you need to use the restroom and the office is closed and your condo is 15 floors up.
The tub was filthy. I don't know if the hair in was leftover from a previous guest or come up from the drain that barely worked. The water would fill the tub from the shower if you were in there more than 10 minutes. When on vacation with wife and daughter, shaving legs takes up that 10 minutes.
The elevator to the left of the office was extremely slow. I don't know if it was the kids playing on it, this is a family friendly establishment, or the staff holding it up but there was many times when a 5 min wait would have you walking the whole 50 or 60 foot across the building to the other one. I know huge inconvenience right. Try listening to my wife and daughter when they have to walk somewhere and the elevator is right outside the room.
That being said I enjoyed the stay and i would recommend unless you can find a place that isn't kid friendly. If it wasn't for mine i would.
This was our first stay here and we were impressed with everything. 4 stars for 2 reasons.
This place is AMAZING!! It's fully stocked with everything you could need. It right on the beach and staff is friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and quiet and located close to food and shops. You never really need to drive once you arrive.
