So my husband and I have been trying to find a good burger place and we've tried everywhere and was never happy with it. Well then we saw Bleus Burger and decided to give it a try. And it was the best decision ever. When you walk in the service is good and laid back. And the food is mouth watering delicious! We will definitely be back regularly!!
Highly recommend this place, especially if you enjoy a good burger! After having their food truck, I knew I had to try this restaurant. The atmosphere is laid back and great. Service is friendly and quick. They also have a nice selection of local beers, if you enjoy beer. But the bottom line for this place is they have amazing burgers! Even their chicken sandwich is outstanding! This is my new favorite place to eat when I'm in Gulf Shores and want a great burger!

My wife and I had eaten at the food truck at various events in the past but wanted to try the restaurant out. The burgers didn’t disappoint! Prices are very reasonable also. I’ve been to some of the never restaurants and they want you’re first born for a sandwich but not at Bleus!
We went in there on Friday, the place was pretty busy, they had one lady running the entire front of the store, one guy was at the counter sometimes telling people to go sit down and giving menus, there were no menus they were out, then. There were no cups to get drinks so everyone kept asking for cups when the guy at the counter could have very easily went and stocked the cups. There was a table before us their order was taken then ours it took a good twenty mins to get order taken. But we were fine because it was busy. Then food started coming out of the kitchen approximately 40 mins later. The table that ordered before us got their food and u would think we would be next bc you go in order of tickets, but no, the entire front was served including tables that had been seated fifteen mins before, I ask about it and he guy says well your ticket was out in at the same time let me see what’s wrong. Nitty gritty, the hamburgers were overflowing with sauces, the food was tasty but super messy. Next, they are wayyyy under staffed, this place thinks it’s busy now just wait until peak season hits, they need to do some training, and hire some people!!
