The food is always good. We stick with the loaded nachos and chicken tenders w/fries. Always try their beer specials if you can. They messed an order up once but was right on it and prepared another one really quick.
Skimpy on meat in the tacos we ordered. Wasn't a full restaurant, but still took over an hour to get food. The waitress had a smart attitude. Tried calling to ask about details for an event at the restaurant a couple days later. Someone picked up the phone, and conversations could be heard in the background, but nobody was responding to me. Not impressed with the place.
Decent for convenience. Good beer selection. See update. They use to have cart shuttle to condo units. Now random and seasonal. Horrible staff traffic pattern by bar. They need to remodel severs route. Update they advertised many beers but were out of stock. Beer sold to us was obviously old. Flat and stale and lines needed cleaning.
Service is usually pretty good and the location is convenient. They have a great BLT but are often out of advertised beers and a house margarita is $10? And the premium margarita is $15? Seriously? That's the highest I've heard of in Gulf Shores. Bring me some sweet tea! ;-)
The food was decent, location is superb, and staff was also great. They're a little high on alcohol but that isn't surprising. Also if you go during prime dinner rush you may end up waiting longer then I'd prefer. At least an hour maybe two.
