Literally worst service ever over and over and over again. Girls just don’t even care if you’re served but would rather flirt or just mess around with the cooks. I thought hey let’s give it another shot but never again
Worst Hooter's experience ever! Watched 2 customers walk out after not receiving their food after and hour and an hour and a half while waiting. Our server was amazing but the kitchen staff and manager on duty was horrible! I waited an hour on my food and finally asked for it to go after our table was almost finished eating. Asked to see the manager and all he could do was nod his head yes saying I understand. I payed full price for a meal I don't even get to eat. Watched another server tell ours (who is new) that my sandwich was served the way it was because "that's how it comes". After requesting a menu to show that's not how it comes, the manager told the server to give me lettuce and tomato to make it right. So very beyond disappointed with this Hooter's! If it were my first trip to this chain, I'd never eat there again!
Our waitress was very nice. Food was great. I miss this in Madison,Tn. The only reason I didn't give it moore stars is the prices. $17.99 for 1 lb of crab legs was to much. $15.99 for oysters I expected that. The place was a bit small. But I liked it
The "talent" is a cut above in this Hooters, even during winter. The food is consistent with other Hooters, and so are the prices.
Horrible smell as soon as we got there, should have taken that as a sign to leave but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Food was not good by any means at this location. I love hooters but will never return to this location.
