Bottom line: good prices, good pizza, and the service was quick. Also, the live music was excellent!
Had a good mean on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving with a large group.
Bring earplugs. This place is dangerously loud. At least it got a little quieter when the music started. The food was okay. Service was subpar, we were ignored frequently, our server kept leaving in the middle of us ordering. My wife and son have special dietary restrictions and need to bring their own water, but they were forced to take those back out and had nothing to drink. We were told a party of 6 could be accommodated with no problems, but we were separated across multiple tables. Definitely will not be returning.
Nice Pizza Joint. Cool to actually meet the dude that's been there forever. Pizza pretty decent. Drinks are good too. Could be a fun place on a Friday or Saturday night.
Every time we are in the area, we visit Papa Rocco's at least a few times. They have the best oysters around and very reasonable lunch specials. We also tell all of our renters to make sure they stop in and enjoy a great meal as well. Keep up the great work!!
I'm knocking a star because getting our name on the list was tedious and we were never given a reasonable estimate of how long it would be until we were seated. Some of the food felt a little cheap/bland. Finally, there was some mixup in the order and it felt like they didn't believe that we didn't order the errant pizza.
The food is fantastic. The pizza is well prepared with high quality toppings. I strongly recommend the chicken Alfredo. You will wish you had more. The live music is very "specific" in taste. Minus one star.
