We had an amazing vacation. The beach house was clean a decorated nicely. I almost wanted to just move in and stay forever!! Just a short walk to a private clean white sandy beach. It was more than we could ask for. We will be back soon!!
The pet-friendliness saved us the added expense of boarding our dogs. I was glad we brought leashes to walk them since lots of other families were out walking their dogs in the morning as well.
The best view! Good price, nice, clean, close to everything we wanted. Definitely coming back to the Sun rise.
We took four adults and four kids to Sawgrass during Fall Break. We loved the split-level bedrooms and baths. Our kids had their own rooms downstairs and the adults slept in peace upstairs.
Absolutely Horrible Customer Service - arrived on Friday. Today is Tues., they've not returned any of our three phone calls or one e-mail. We have issues with this property we're renting. i.e. pool heater is broken, palmetto bugs in house, broken storm shutter banging against window, burned out light bulbs (none on hand to replace) which we are not able to reach to replace anyway. HVAC is extremely loud, perhaps malfunctioning, electric fireplace doesn't work. Pet friendly inside, but not out. Lawn has burs all over, which get in pets paws. There's not even salt and pepper shakers, napkins, or wine opener. One dish towel. I'd never rent this home again, Faxo's retreat, nor rent from Harris Properties again. Absolutely horrible experience. Too many other companies to select from. This is definitely a bad choice! Also, don't rent any property without specific details of the property, an emergency number to contact, and an address (not PO Box) for the company. We were across the street from the beach and down the road from two huge swimming pools, so when the weather was too chilly for the gulf we swam in the pools.
We called the property owners once (I couldn't find the Wi-Fi password) and the owner answered the call and got me the info immediately.
We had a wonderful vacation with Harris Properties!! They were very helpful and wanted to make sure we had a good experience. We have stayed in multiple of their properties and enjoyed our time in all of them. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!
