Our family was so blessed to spend our Fall Break vacation here. We highly recommend this unit! First of all, it feels like home away from home, except cleaner :-). The view is amazing. This unit gives you a beautiful view of both the bay and the ocean. There are dolphins often spotted from this spacious balcony. You can also watch the sunrise over the ocean from this spot without having to leave the balcony. The inside of the unit is also very family-friendly. We had plenty of room, and the kitchen is well-supplied for cooking. Demetri is great to work with, and even greeted us with a key-lime pie!
This was our second year at Change of Pace and it was just amazing. The house is gorgeous and the location is perfect. The beach offers enough space for some privacy and family events. We have visited this location as a family vacation with 18 people and it could not be more perfect. There are rooms designed especially for the adults and others that are perfect for the kids! We were greeted by Metri when we arrived and he was always there if we needed anything throughout the week. We are already booked and looking forward to next summer! I highly recommend working with Metri and his properties.

We had a wonderful stay in Perdido Key thanks to Paradise Gulf Properties! The condo was awesome and super clean! Super great beds. Beautiful views of the ocean! Demetri met us with the keys and a delicious key lime pie. Talk about hospitality! We took his recommendations on restaurants.... and they were all great. Our grandson loved the day trip to Florida's Gulfarium. And our night time crab photo shoot! All in all one of the best vacations ever! We will definitely come back!
